You'll receive progress updates throughout, and the entire process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Absolutely! Our interactive jewelry-making experience is designed for clients worldwide. We conduct consultations via video call, share design renders digitally, and ship finished pieces securely with full insurance. Many of our international clients have created stunning custom pieces without ever visiting our workshop.

Yes. We use only natural, carefully selected gemstones — many sourced directly from Sri Lankan mines including Ceylon sapphires, rubies, garnets, and moonstones. Each significant gemstone can be accompanied by certification upon request. We never use synthetic or treated stones without full disclosure.
Yes, we ship worldwide using insured, trackable courier services. Domestic orders within Sri Lanka are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. International shipping takes 5–10 business days depending on destination. All pieces are packaged in our signature luxury gift boxes.
Domestic shipping within Sri Lanka is complimentary for orders above LKR 50,000. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Custom order shipping is included in your quoted price.
Ready-made pieces (once available) can be returned within 14 days in unworn condition with original packaging. Custom-designed pieces are made specifically for you and are non-returnable, though we offer complimentary resizing for rings within 30 days of delivery. If there is a craftsmanship defect, we will repair or replace at no cost.
Store pieces separately in soft pouches to prevent scratching. Clean gold and silver with a soft cloth; use mild soapy water for deeper cleaning. Avoid exposing gemstones to harsh chemicals, extreme heat, or prolonged water contact. We offer complimentary annual cleaning and inspection for all our pieces.
